Durban South Toyota
Durban South Toyota does not Give Quotations!!

I called in today and asked for a quotation on one of the Fortuner Models. The lady (Anita i think her name was) was EXTREMELY abrupt and rude. She cheekily refered to me as "My Dear" and said they do not give quotations out as customers shop around for better prices! They can only tell me the price of the vehicle over the phone.. I have never heard such nonsense before. As a consumer, we have every right to shop around for prices. Im not saying that its ethical to do that or that i was going to do the same, but you cannot turn customers away in that manner just because you dont like them shopping around?? Its very bad service and how does a person apply for finance without a quotation in the first place?!
This is really a first for me and it is very disappointing.
I wonder if Anita purchase vehicles without shoping around? or does buy on the first quote she receives..
