Jet told me my account doesnt exist

After 6 years without any communication from them i get an sms saying there is a trace locator on my credit profile from jet. in 2010 i went to jabulani mall jet to settle my account and they told me they cant find my account in their system. i want all the interest that they added in the past 2 years to be written off and i will pay what i owe. please assist peter. I'm not running away from paying i just want an explanation from them because i would have been done with them along time ago.
