Pawning 2nd hand goods of as new etc etc etc

This is the short version, the highlight package if you wish.

I tried to buy a camera from the Hyde Park branch except they tried pawning of a used one as a new one to me. Not happy I called customer service & asked to be put in touch with the regional manager but it seems that he's too busy for me and was instead called by the branch manger of Hyde Park (nice guy BTW).
I decided to try the Woodmead branch but was given a defunct camera, which I returned. Whilst returning the camera the manager couldn't be asked to deal with me, and I did ask, but rather set his cashier on me who was pleasant enough but lacked the required 'know how' to assist (likely due to the managers lazy attidue and lack of training).
I called customer care (again) & stressed that I needed to talk to the regional manager (again) but I still haven't heard a peep from anyone.
Now I'm left with no camera and very little inclination of trying Dion Wired again, ever.
I would like to reinforce that this is a very shortened version of events, I just couldn't be bothered to try again with them and fulfilling the definition of insanity (doing the same thing over and over again & expecting a different result)
