Takealot doesn't delive

A week ago [URL Removed] was selling Taylor Swift's new CD at a great deal. I went to the trouble of buying a few and informed friends and family I would be giving them one. Today they call me up and state that their so sorry, but their pricing was incorrect and they will not be delivering the goods. Although they are refunding my money I feel that there should be some kind of regulatory body that enforces online purchases.
