Refund taking more that stipulated 48Hrs

I am annoyingly disgusted after I returned an item and to date money not refunded..I am being asked to get a bank statement that costs me R60 on a R199.95 item. You have got to be kidding me. The inconvenience on my part that u do not want to consider is upsetting. You do not even know if I need that money urgently or not. I guess you could not care enough..This is just disgusting.
