SHOCKED VERY UPSET

This morning my Husband and I went to the GAME in the Mooi Rivier Mall in Potchefstroom to look for a HD PVR Decoder for my Fathers Birthday, after being ignored by the clerk sitting at the electronics desk we wondered around trying to find the Decoder. Once found on a top shelf we were told they had plenty of stock available. We went home and fetched the TV licence and when we returned we wanted to purchase the Decoder, only to be told they don't have stock, even though we were there not even an hour ago. After that we passed the electronics counter again where the same clerk was ignoring the phone that was ring of the hook. We were almost at the door and the phone was still going strong.

We also wanted to purchase car seat covers advertised but once again no stock.

HOW CAN YOU HAVE SPECAILS AND NO STOCK???

I AM SO DISSAPOINTED BECAUSE I ALSO WORK IN RETAIL AND ALWAYS TRY TO DEFFEND FELLOW RETAILS STORES WHEN PEOPLE COMPLAIN BUT THIS IS PATHETIC!!!
