What a JOKE!!!

Just thought I would bring to your attention the incompetent staff you have working in your Lenasia branch. I went to buy a stove on 12/07/2013, the lady Evodia Makoko did my application 3TIMES, yet you have a sign outside say get checked in 15mins, I wasted 2hours of my time. I wanted to buy a stove and a cellphone, but bcoz of your useless staff I could only get the stove, she says I'm just gonna leave the cellphone, nice way of making money. I still haven't received my stove and thinking of cancelling my order. The service I received was the worst I ever experienced by far.
