Settle my account and still not updated with ICT

I settle my account with Edgars because the bad service they provide to their clients. I paid R4583 to settle my account so that I get rid of them in my life. I missed payment for 1 month and ur staff harassed me & you very quick to notify ICT when payment is missed, but when it settled you take 4 ever to notify that the account is closed.
I want this resolved today please so that I can stop calling ur company anymore. Never ever going to enter Edgars stores. I settled this account 2 months ago & still you not updating it
