Closing before the time

I went to shop at 17:55 and the doors was closed.i told the security guard that it was not yet 6 o clock but he would not let me enter the shop.according to my knowladge the shop is suppose to close at 6.i really needed to buy nappies for my 6week old baby.i came straight from work.
