To whom It May Concern

I want to bring to your attention that on (24/06/13) at around 20.50 I went to the Spar in my area- Florida (Goldman). I was there to return the NAN Milk that I incorrectly purchased- this was done about 15 minutes earlier. I was treated with no respect when I stated that I would like to change the formula from the number 2 to 3. The manager/supervisor/owner (white man, gray hair) gave me a look that wasnt very friendly and then told me "go see there". Upon my return with the correct milk he takes the milk and bangs it on the teller counter. There were tellers around who witnessed this. To avoid a fight I left the shop thinking how is this acceptable in this day and age. In my humble opinion this man has displayed a attitude & this is someone who has no place in our society. He is rude and has no customer service values and I felt extremely demeened when I left the shop. I will never ever return or support this store firstly, secondly I want your organization to tell me why no one has yet bothered to respond to my complaint that I sent via email. Surely this is not the type of values your organization prides itself in- or am I mistaken?
