T-shirts keeps on giving of colo

About a week ago, I bought quite a few t-shirts from Jet in Centurion mall. It is shocking how much color they give off. I washed them a few times. And each time it is just as bad as the first time. The quality is shocking and I cannot see what the public should lose money over this china rubbish that is being forced down our thoats
