Credit increase after I declined

Yesterday (14/07/2013) I went to purchase clothing from the Jet store in Loch Logan mall. The cashier Violet Seboka increased my credit limit to R4000 after I explicitly told her not to do so and then when I refused to sign for the increase she rudely told me that she would contact customer services to reduce the limit and restore it to it's original value.

When contacting customer services through edcons website to verify that this has been done I receive the email back stating that the email cannot be delivered. Now I will need to waste my time trying to get through their phone menu to resolve a problem that they caused in the first place.
