I purchased a Genisis vacuum R4 999-00 2 years ago. Had problems from day 1. I've replaced the hard plastic pipes for the shampooing 3 times as well as other parts. I need the shampoo head. Mine has been broken for a year. I ordered one from Cresta invoice 52638 30 March 2013. I go in once a month to be told not received. They do not follow up or try to get it. I am sitting with a R5000-00 doing nothing. My Kerby 15 years old still going like a bomb. Shocking customer care.
