Sour Feta Cheese

On the 9th July I purchased a large tub of Arista plain Feta Cheese from Checkers Hyper in Goodwood, Cape Town. The cheese was placed in my fridge as soon as I got home after buying it, (about 30 minutes later).
I opened the tub this evening, Friday the 12th July and found it was a sour as vinegar! It is absolutely inedible.
It really makes me angry, as this is not the first time that I had freshness issues with this particular make of Feta cheese. I actually stopped buying it after the last problem, as that too was bad when I opened the tub but I thought that I'd give it another try nearly a year later but clearly the quality of Arista Dairies products leaves much to be desired.
I notice that Arista is a company that does not respond but they can rest assured that they have now permanently lost a customer as well as anyone else I can tell about the rubbish they sell.
