False advertising

I contacted how many times to the contact services to put my account on 24 months like they do advertise all over even on the voicemail and booklets and and and. But they don not want to do so, they send i only qualify for 12 months and cant put it on 24 months, i think its false advertising so why do they day 6 12 24 and so on if they do not offer that at all? I would realy like to use the credit facilities but they do not want to put it on 24 months and i cant afford a big payment every month thats why i asked for it in the first place
