Incredible Connection
Airtime issue

On the 2nd of July I bought airtime and the voucher said does not exist. So I took the voucher back to incredible connection on the 4th. The lady said to me I'm not the 1st one to complain about this. They logged a call to get it solved. Today its the 10th and still waiting for answer. Airtime is something you want to use now and cannot wait for it. The service is extremely poor service!! Never deal with incredible connection when it comes to airtime!!
