Poor product design - AVAMYS

I was prescribed Avamys - who knows if this product is good or not - I have not been able to use it!

Its in a spray mechanism that one apparently needs to use as if you are shooting a gun, thats the technique explained to me after I took the product home initially and could not use it. I took it back told them to replace it, clearly its flawed. The chemist said it needed a very special technique, he tried on my 'open one' and managed to get it to pump ONE puff after shaking it vigorously for a while, thumping it a couple of times on the counter, 'cleaning' the nosel with his coat, shaking it some more and then pre-pumping about 4 or 5 times and voila - a puff came out, wow!!! What a palarva. He replaced it, saying maybe it was a bad one, well NO GalxoSmithKline - its just a dreadful design. I went back to my doctor, because I NEEDED something and clearly this was not working and she said sorry she forgot it was not a great design - good product (APPARENTLY), but uselss design. How many people have you conned with this stupid mechanism, WHO did your R&D, WHY do you need a special Technique - what a load of EXPENSE rubbish - from now onwards, NO GSK products!!
