Account still not activated

Woolworths restricted my card because they could not accept documentation for FICA that I provided months ago. They did not inform me of the restriction. I provided FICA documents at Sandton City branch on 4 July 2013. Still restricted. You hold for over 20 minutes when you contact the call centre.
