False statement on packaging

I am regular customer of dis-chem and I have only ever experienced good quality products and good service. I recently decided to buy the baby things nappies for the first time and I am very disappointed. The packaging states that the straps are refastenable, which is not the case. I have used a few of the nappies, and none of the straps were re fasten able.
I am very unhappy about this and I feel that it is unfair for them to print something that is false.
