Very very bad customer service and response

I have had no reponse from the manager of the jet phoenix store to date. My case reference previously given on hellopeter is 2006130219/GO. It is now almost a month and still no reply from jet phoenix plaza' manager. Please provide a reason why customers are treated this way at jet phoenix and how you are going to resolve my credit.
