Your system puts more pressure on poor people

I had a bad experience with Checkers Money Market. I did a money transfer for my maid and I mistakenly misplaced the slip that had the numbers she would need to redeem the money. The next day I went to a different checkers to see if I could get some assistance and I was sent back to the store where I did my transfer. When I got to the checkers I was told that I would need to go and do an affidavit. My question is, why can't they use my ID to track the transfer??? What is the purpose of scanning my ID if you cannot use it to pick up my transaction. I called the manager to explain how unhappy I was and she rudely said that it is their policy. Why is CHECKERS doing this to poor people??? surely you can develop a much better system than that considering that you charge R10 for this kind of transaction??? The bottom line is that the customer service is poor and the system is not customer friendly.
