Shocking Service and Quality at Spa

To whom this may concern, on 3 occasions that I went to Spar to buy food products, each time I had to get home to old, smelly off food. Each time having to take these products back costing me unnecessary fuel, only to then buy back for the same amount as the goods. this has caused me great inconvenience and I am disgusted that the management can not make sure that their products are fresh. 1st time tortilla wraps were off and mouldy, 2nd time the meat we bought was off and had a terrible smell and 3rd time onions that were soggy, old and smelly. On all 3 occasions I went to the manager, the third time round I mentioned it is due time that I receive a voucher for all this inconvenience, he took my number only to send me the daily specials and this is unacceptable.
