I bought approximately R1200 of clothing, when I got the items home the one pair of leggings had a hole in the knee. I retained the slip as well as the tags and took them back the following Saturday. Upon arriving at customer service, lerato was on the register that I was summonsed to. Not one word of greeting. I explained that there was a hole at the knee, she picked the leggings up, then threw them across the counter tame saying "show me". I then found the hole. She put her hand out and not even looking on my direction said "slip". The same was done for my credit card. Her attitude is disgusting. I spend a fortune at Woolworths which can be picked up if you look at my account. To be treated like a piece of dirt is not acceptable and I can tell you, I won't be back at woodmead, this is not the first time I have had bad service there.
The cashiers at chili lane are no better and to be honest, the amount of money I spend and the prices that Woolworths charge, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Woolworths used to offer the best service toots clients, well no longer that's for sure.
