No call from Customer services for a month

I bought some goods from homechoice and some which I returned in the post to them they have still not credited back to my account more than 2 months later. of the goods that i kept i was supposed to receive a free gift. I received a free gift which was broken so i returned it - still waiting for them to resend this 3 months later!!! the customer service people don't even answer their email queries and yet they phone me weekly to tell me about their new products. It's so painful to purchase anything because customer service don't give a about sorted out any queries. on the 29th May Rochelle promised that somebody would ring me as soon as the query was attended to... today i'm still waiting. I refuse to pay them any money until they sort it out!!!
