I was at Markham, 29 Jun. 13 at 18:19, Canal Walk, when I tried to make a purchase I was notified my credit was zero, which I could not understand, my last balance indicated R9 274.00 credit available. I requested sales assistant to contact client services, they indicated my account was blocked due to multiple purchases that has occurred. This I also could not understand since I have not made any purchases since May I think. The agent could not give the information on the purchases made as I requested details on this multiple purchases.
I am disappointed in the services
1. I was not notified in any way, that my account was blocked, I don't know since when as the agent could not verify any information.
2. I don't not know now what financial impact this has on my account
3. To me it seems that the agent was thumbsucking his answers, could not provide the facts Vision (your system) has provided.
Look at the history of my account. The "age" of my account. My commitment to your institution, I have expected more from you.

I will be closing my account in future, if this has any financial impact on my account, copy of the purchase slips needs to be provided as I will be disputing this.
