I am disgusted at the bad customer service

I am a 34weeks pregnant and had gone to do my monthly groceries at pick 'n pay so since i am pregnant and cannot stand in long ques when i get to the till points i go to the pensioners till and the cashier Lindiwe Qika was very rude to me and told that she is closed and i should use the other tils-she only assist the elderly people-so i then asked to speak to her manager to which she jusat point randomly at other cashiers-got the manger explained my sistuation to her she then told Lindiwe to assist me-when manager left she asked me rudely why i did not tell her that i am pregnant-my respond was can u not see me and the she rudly replied by saying she just was a fat person (ngi bona ozinonele mina) to which i found very offensive-so i asked that should i walk around nake for her to see me that i am pregnant? very disgusting service indeed
