I have exhausted all means to try get Homechoices attention after they have billed me for 3sets of blankets that i ordered but only delivered 1 and and send me a statement saying i must pay instalments of R300 (which is for the 3). I have emailed them and faxed them even returned the one set i received but still no response from them. I have sent an email two days ago to them again and i have also sent this letter to NCR and other credit watchdogs but STILL NO RESPONSE from Homechoice, I have figured tht they just dnt care as long as they have managed to pin you with the credit then they r done with u they can toss u over. If anybody know anyone that can help plz do let me know as i want to fight this to my last breadth as it is reckless lending and unfair treatment like this tht South African end up in so much debt that the country is faced with as we speak. We urge the NCR to please help the poeple to get out of traps like these. Moral of the story: Never order anything through fone or from a catalogue.
