I ordered some stock for my guest house. From ordering to eventually posting was an easy flow without any hassles.

Unfortunately some of the stock was broken, but not due to Wedgewood.

Once the complaint was logged, I was given feedback almost instantly and to top it all, they replace the broken stock.

I was also given a complimentary gift, which exceeded my greatest expectations.
