The worst service received from Checkers ever!

I am a loyal and long standing customer of Checkers, I can generally find anything I am looking for there and because it is close to work I visit the outlet alot like twice to thrice a week, as you can imagine this happens during lunch time. Yesterday 25/06/2013 I went there to get some essentials, being my lunch time I was limited and couldnt afford to waste anytime, yes the store was busy and I was quite prepared to wait my turn, just as it is my turn at the one teller, her printer gets stuck not her fault, so I am standing there waiting, the manager gets there, a male, didnt get his name because I was beginning to get upset, at this point I had already unpacked my basket waiting to it to be tallied and to pay, he calls another assistant to bring a basket, says nothing to me, when she comes tells her to pack my things in there, which she doesnt do and I had to pack my things in again, again, they take myself and 2 gentlemen behind me to another till point, WHEN we get there, the lady tells us that her till is offline making us wait yet again, we are all pressed for time yet she is as calm as ever and makes no effort to hurry up anything
