Product still under warranty but can't return it

I bought a router from the online shop. It wasn't working from day one. I contacted them by phone and they promised a courier will be at my door the next day to come pick up the faulty product. a Month and three telephone conversation has passed and still there has been no effort to replace my faulty product. I am very disappointed.
