Wrongly listed on Credit Report

I have an issue with you guys listing me on the credit report for not paying for April 2012 and May 2012, this is absolutely not true. I paid R2000 on 26 April 2012, R4000 on 28 May 2012 and another R5702 on 6 June 2012. I DO NOT agree with this thing that i have paid after the billing cycle you advertise that you can pay via eft and now you penalise me because you only receive the payments a few days later. because of this i am listed as a bad payer, thanks so much Truworths i have been a loyal customer for many years and wont be your customer for very long.
