Unsatisfactory servces - damage goods

My husband and I went shopping for new furniture in December, upon delivery the goods we ordered were damaged, scratched badly, and I still have not received the rest of my furniture ordered. After numerous phone calls to both the Malibongwe branch and headoffice, promises were made but still NO RESULTS. I find this very unprofessional and unsatifsactory service!!!
