I have logged a complaint on Bakers website a couple of weeks ago with regards to their packaging of the Double Pack Cream Crackers - and is yet to receive a response.

Bakers need to find a solution to their packing material to prevent biscuits from being damaged/broken when a consumer is opening the pack at home.
