A king coil bed was purchased and after a year there was a defect. I went to Bears (Pietermaritzburg) and told them about the issue and said as it was out of guarantee (and still in warranty) & they would contact the supplier (King Coil/Sealy) for a replacement. This was done in May/April 2013. Bears sent all the docs to supplier and I was contacted by customer care that they received the docs and were attending to it. It is now middle of June and I still have not received any feedback despite calling Customer care 3 times already. My instalments are about R250/pm but i have increased them to R400 and to receive such service is apaling. My instalments have always been up to date and I'd expect up to date service from them as well. #Disgruntled Custome
