Fridge only worked 6months

Purchased a fridge from game in 03/06/2011 stored it till December last year 2012 only started using it after we got married in late December so this fridge has only worked for 6 months last week Monday 10/06/2013
it just stopped working i phoned game the next day to complain its just been out of warranty 7 days it took them a whole week today to tell me that the rep Fannie 082 071 4961 had come back a week later telling them that it will not be claimed under warranty i would have to pay i then phoned a lady by the name of Eunice Gomez whom told me that unfortunately i would have to pay R just for a call out because its out of warranty i asked her that can the give me grace and still fix it she told me no sorry i asked to speak to some one whit rank were by she told me all are in a meeting, i asked myself this the nor must be that KIC is not a good product it only last 6 months and for such a big company having a brand name could not be loyal to me and say they will take repair on there account i mean i have spent R3000 on a fridge and after 6monts operation it boms out, if it was out off warranty 1 month i could understand but 7 days and they not prepared to cover cost
