A couple of weeks ago, I bought chicken livers from our local Spar, these turned out to be hearts, when I complained the manager told me they are the same thing, and the black people love them.
You CANNOT sell hearts as livers - false advertising and is illegal.
Today I went in to the Spar with my 3 year old daughter. We were told that we must leave my laptop bag and the pram at the front desk as we can't take them in to the store. Is this the way the Spar Group treats customers?
As the owner of a jewellery store I am aware of shop lifting etc, but surely there is another way to control this?
I do not shop there because they are the cheapest or the best, just very convenient. On this occasion I turned around, put the basket back and walked out, and went to Pick 'n Pay. And in future they will be my first stop.
