Please assist, as per the emails above. I have tried to settle this matter with BEARS whom they have referred this to (blue trade) which I was told its their collecting agent.
After 11 months of paying directly to (blue trade) bears put a Naaido tracking on my account for the amount of R404 and when I called to advised them (bears) I was told that they have not received payment from blue trade.
I then asked them who has refereed blue trade to me for collection and was advised by the lady called Noli from African bank whom she then also told me that African bank and bears are now one, and the collection has not been received from blue trade. I then asked them who needs to make sure that they do receive the payments she then told me it was my duty, how can this be if they referred matter to blue trade, I then contacted blue trade and they told me they have made payment to BEARS and the matter was not resolved.
After about two months I got a call
