Out of stock - blind takes 8 wks to delive

It has now been about 8 weeks for you to get 1 blind from one of your Jhb or Dbn branch!

After we bought 2x of your ready made wooden Venetian blinds in a box at the Cape Gate branch and searching country wide for the blind. The consukltant Jamie has been very patient and helpful, then no luck. So after numerous calls to you Head Office the Regional manager got involved and promised to get a blind. About 3 weeks ago Jamie said they will b sending it with their weekly stock and it is in transit.

But still no blind! There is no way we can pay R1800 to have one made when we paid R899 for one in a box.

This is really not good service after all te wait and promises no one even has the decency to phone and let me know why my blind, apparently in transit for the past 3-4 wks, hasn't arrived at the Cape Gate branch yet.
