Globe Flight should be investigated!

In December my husband sent a very light plastic inexpensive Dogs kennel to Durban since it could not fit in our vehicle as we were travelling with our dogs for the holiday. The Globe flight agent quoted him R160, despite the fact that they came late to collect the kennel because of a mix up in their offices, we continued commended them for their great prices. The Kennel was delivered fine however after our holiday, we received a bill for R5000, (five Thousand Rands) to deliver a plastic inexpensive kennel. My husband has sent emails and numerous phone calls but the Manager is just too busy to resolve this problem! They now come back to us requesting the Waybill (I URGE OTHER COMPANIES TO PLEASE DO NOT HIRE ANY GLOBE-FLIGHT EMPLOYESS) they are totally USELESS, THEY DO NOT HAVE A COPY OF MY WABILL!!! We now have to look for the waybill because of Globe Flights Pathetic Service! Globe Flight definitely their books, I doubt they pay taxes! They rob companies, clients!!! Globe Flight should be investigated.
