About two weeks ago, I bought a can of tomatoes (imported) from your Lyttelton branch. When opening, it only had two tomatoes in, and the rest "juice". I complained to the supplier (D'Italia) who refused to take responsibility and was quite rude about the fact that it is not their problem. I contacted Christo, who told me he will contact the store. Gustav phoned me and said that he will get a replacement for me. I told him that if I cannot get there, I will send my father. Literally 5 times I went there, and none of the times he was there. And he did not have the decency to even leave a message with one of the managers. 5 times I had to drive there. Last night I finally got him there, and he was quite blas? about it, saying it is not his fault that i get there when he is not there. Offering me a can of tomatoes as if it were a "consolation" prize. Is that how your staff treats customers? And this is not the first time I had a problem with service at the said branch.
