I want my refund!

I have been patiently asking Legit Store in Chris Hani Mall (Vosloorus) for my refund of R979.96 since last year November. I saw that they were giving me the run around so I asked to take clothes instead and they refused. on Friday (11/01/2013) I went to the store and submitted the required documents but Im still waiting and they had assured me it take 3 to 4 days. I have all my receipts and information of the people I have been speaking to. Everyone I call gives me a differnt answer but now I m tired of waiting.
