REPORTING ME TO MY MANAGER FOR MY PERSONAL STAFF

I just had an annoying manager coming to my work place to report me for something she was suppose to do 3 months ago, i have been going in and out of Clicks Fourways Crossing to ask the manager Vicky to please call the customer care for me since she is the only person allowed to change the address online for Clicks Fourways and i couldnt because everytime i go in there she is always busy so i left my email address etc to be changed by Vicky about 3 months ago, today i went and left the contact number again since she was not available again and again she gives me a call blaming the customer care for not updating my details correctly online so she was of no help to me then i told she is useless to me if she cannot help me with this matter since she said she cannot help me she then kept on talking giving a long story i decided to cut the call because it was of no help to me, she then walks into my work place and come and report me that i was rude to her how can she do that since this clicks card is my personal stuff what kind of manager does that if you are well trained? who will go to yoyur work place and report the personal thing like that? answrs please
