I Requested an selected item to be canceled on my order from [URL Removed] and hour after placing the order. As the item would not be needed. After being asked a multiple times if i want to cancel it i received this response.

"Hi There

I have received feedback from the relevant department, they have indicated
that they can only cancel the want you dont want them credit you profile so
you could purchase the desired item.

Then When requesting a person to please resent this illiterate individuals mail. I was asked to confirm again if I would like to cancel the product. I am truly fed up with the low quality of support supplied by [URL Removed] and will stop my long years of support of them. Due to the poor quality of their employees.
