Really bad service from Nestle

I have been trying to order a product from your suppliers as i cant buy directly and have had absolutely no joy from them. its been almost a month that i have been waiting for the product and they have been giving me all kinds of excuses as to why the delivery has not come. first there was no stock at head office, then the delivery van got and now they just dont take my calls. im not sure what i should do to get the product i require
