Worst Service ever!

I am continously receiving bad service from these people and I have just had it! Besides sending me a damaged shoe with my 1st order they send me a pair of x2 lefts with the replacement??? I send an email complaint which I'm still waiting for a response for, I decise to call the call centre Raeesa puts the phone down on me??? It is not the 1st time a consultants drops a call on me and have never complaint, but now I have just had it!!! Their service is just an absolute pain and this is the last time I've ordered from them!!! Can I please get some service I HAVE PAID FOR!!!
