Completely Disrespectful

On Friday 24/05/2013 at 20:40 I went into the CNA at Gateway, firstly, it was 20mins before closing time and the doors of the store we been pulled together by the security guard to indicate that they will be closing soon, that is fine I can understand that but what I don't understand is that there were advertising boards in line of way of the doors, which meant that know one could get in or out of the store if they wanted to, my wife and I were trying to get in, we had to move the add boards aside to get into the store, another customer crawled underneath the boards, all of this been witnessed by the guard who decides to continue closing the doors. Secondly, we get to the till to purchase airtime, I told the lady give me for R35, but than realized I didn't have enough change I told her give me for R25, she looked at me straight faced and said, I already put the sale through, and said get it from her. The cashier next to her, and she walked off, how could she have put the sale through without me even paying for it? How can CNA have such disrespectful employees, could she not have called a supervisor to over ride or cancel her transaction? Jerusha, smile, be friendly and get ur act togethe
