Pathetic Marketing

I get an email from clicks group to say that, there is a free "goodie bag" for me to collect, Ok I go to the branch mentioned as I would like to buy a few things for my daughter as well, just to find out they don't have also they are so unfriendly they wont even take your details down to advise you when they will have it available, I HAD TO MENTION THAT! also they don't have the milk advertise and Nappies...? so whats the use of advertising when you have nothing in stock..? The level of service I received from the branch is totally experated and poor since I do alot of my daughter essential shopping needs there, in response to this please do not give me a sloppy update as I will go to the broadest lengths to get my query resolved according either by higher/senior management. Please don't ever advertise and you unable to deliver, this is setting the wrong expectation to the customer and FALSE marketing.
