Totally rude... And unhelpful

I went to the store on the 23rd of May and looked at the phamphlet with t he sale items. I then preceded to look for the water and the toilet paper. As always there was no water or toilet paper. I approached the Manager and he rudely told me that there was a Supplier problem. The deal ends on 2nd June, and already no stock. i asked for a rein check receipt and he said that it was not possible. He did not even attempt to take down my number and call me, if he received stock. Clearly, he has not been taught customer service. He portrays a poor image of the Spar brand. I am totally disgusted.
