Bad experience

Good evening!! I am writing about my experience at Cape Gate Branch on 23/05/2013 at about 17:00 to 17:55. I visit the Store, browsing around. At the DVD section i came across a basket with Bluray DVD's. In this Basket i found a DVD in 3 D about, i was interested in the DVD, but also notice that you can buy two DVD's for R100-00, so i chose another one, Planet Earth. I made my way further through the store, also receive very good advise from one of the helping staff at the electronic department about a, wi fi booster.! On my way to the pay point i was hit by one of the workers with a wood object against the head. These workers was busy building a HiSence stand. There were no bargaining or any sign of workers in progress. On my way to the pay point i was hit by an object on the head, the worker just apologize slightly, i told him that he must be careful, not with much further response. At the pay point i found out that the DVD about the is R199-00. One of the staff went back and came back and said that the DVD is not one of those in the basket, must be someone putting it in there. I then hand back the DVDs. Please make sure that at least the workers be carefull
