Still no Reponse

I have been contacted in regards to a complaint I laid its two weeks later and no reply! One thing I can say is that you have bad customer service. I am actually appalled at the level of service you provide! is it because you are too great a company that you do not care to see that your loyal people are happy! Just a thought
